Iron Sharpens Iron Consulting exists for one purpose: to help leaders confront the truth they’ve been avoiding. I work with executives, founders, and sales leaders who are tired of excuses, allergic to fluff, and ready to build teams that execute.
My approach is direct, diagnostic, and grounded in 30+ years of real‑world leadership spanning manufacturing, construction, and business development.

I’ve spent more than three decades building business, leading teams, and solving problems across manufacturing, construction, and business development. I’ve opened markets from zero. I’ve built pipelines from nothing. I’ve fixed broken systems and turned around underperforming teams.
